Lexi Hartley is the newest provider to join the Main Street Family Medicine team. She is so excited to bring her passion and focus on maintaining health and wellness to the Enterprise area. Lexi is from Idaho Falls, Idaho. Following graduating from high school, Lexi served a mission in Peru, where she learned to speak Spanish. She then received her Bachelors’ degree in Nursing from BYU-Idaho in 2020.During nursing school, she worked as a CNA in the ER, which led to her love of emergency medicine. She has spent the last few years as an ER nurse at St George Regional Hospital. Lexi completed her Masters’ degree in nursing with a focus on family medicine at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.

Lexi has been happily married to the best guy around- Scott- for the last 6 years. They have a two year old little boy named Wyatt, who keeps them very busy. Lexi loves spending time with her family, especially outdoors at the pool, at the lake, or at the golf course. In her free time, Lexi loves to read, do crossfit, and plan her next trip to Disneyland.
