Main Street Family Medicine is happy to offer a Sliding Fee Scale Payment Plan. This is part of our mission to provide care to everyone regardless of ability to pay. No one will be denied access to services at our facility due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on your family size and income.
