April has worked in the medical field for 27 years, enjoying every minute! She began her journey at 19 years old
as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She worked at IHC as a CNA and then a Surgical Scrub Technician. She has been
and Advanced EMT for 10 years and EMT Instructor who has been volunteering to run on the ambulance for the City of
Enterprise and surrounding areas. April is Main Street Family Medicine’s Lead Medical Assistant,
staff educator/trainer, Chronic Care Manager and VFC Vaccine Coordinator. She was chosen by Utah
Health & Human Services for the Primary Care and Rural Health Impact Award for showing an outstanding
accomplishment in rural health in Utah. As our Chronic Care Coordinator, she performs care management for
chronically ill patient while being passionate and motivated with a drive for excellence. She is a diligent
caregiver focused on providing optimal support to patients through personalized care and emotional support for
patient family members.
April is married to her best friend Brian Terry. They enjoy country dancing; concerts and she said nothing beats
family dinners and wild game night! She has 4 boys and 2 amazing daughters-in-law. Her oldest son, Cody and his
wife Chelsey live in Enterprise and have given her two amazing grand babies. April says they are the biggest
blessing next to her boys and husband and is hoping to get a dozen more! Talon and Aspen are in sunny Saint George
and enjoy skydiving together. Christopher is living his best life in Southern Utah and works for InfoWest Internet.
Her son Tyrel is in a rodeo club where he runs five events and enjoys every minute of it on his horse, Rum.
She is excited to work diligently and productively at Main Street Family Medicine while ensuring that patients
are satisfied and comfortable. She is looking forward to lighting the path to better health for our community.
